By using INSYTE you agree to use the platform for legitimate coaching and training purposes, keep account credentials secure, and ensure you have rights to the athlete data you store.

AI features (in-product and via MCP connectors) may produce incorrect prescriptions. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and published programming before athletes train.

Connecting an external MCP client is optional. You may revoke connections at any time in Settings → AI Connectors. See our Privacy notice for how connector data is handled.
