INSYTE stores coach and athlete training data to operate the product (accounts, programs, sessions, readiness, messages, and billing).

AI connectors (MCP)

If you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client, you authorize that provider to access coach-scoped data through INSYTE tools — including athlete roster details, notes, training goals, limitations, readiness submissions, session logs, and your Coaching Brain. Data is sent to the AI provider under their terms when a connected agent runs. Athlete accounts cannot connect MCP.

MCP write tools create draft sessions by default. Drafts are not shown to athletes until you publish them in INSYTE.

In-product AI

Session dictation and athlete meal photo analysis run on INSYTE-configured model providers and remain separate from MCP connectors.
